💸 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- The item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
- Your prepaid order was cancelled by you within the allowed cancellation window.
Please note: Refunds are not issued for size exchanges, personal preferences, or COD orders unless the product is damaged.
🔄 Return First, Then Refund
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Returned products must be:
- Unworn & unused
- In original packaging
- With tags intact
⏱ Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method only (credit/debit card, UPI, wallets, etc.).
- In rare cases, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- Earrings, nose pins, and hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized orders
- Items purchased on sale, discounts, or using gift cards (unless damaged)

- Order ID
- Clear photos of the issue
- Reason for refund request
