💸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • The item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
  • Your prepaid order was cancelled by you within the allowed cancellation window.

Please note: Refunds are not issued for size exchanges, personal preferences, or COD orders unless the product is damaged.

🔄 Return First, Then Refund

  1. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. Returned products must be:
  • Unworn & unused
  • In original packaging
  • With tags intact

⏱ Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only (credit/debit card, UPI, wallets, etc.).
  • In rare cases, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Earrings, nose pins, and hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items purchased on sale, discounts, or using gift cards (unless damaged)

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Reason for refund request
