🚚 Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
- Custom/Pre-Order Items: May take up to 10 business days for dispatch
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
📦 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Charges may apply based on your location and order value
📍 Where We Ship
- We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India
- International shipping is not available yet — but we’re working on expanding soon!
🔍 Order Tracking
- Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS
- You can also log in to your Belaci account on our website to view your order status anytime
🚨 Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions or strikes
- Deliveries to remote or out-of-network locations

- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package For failed delivery attempts, our courier partner may retry or contact you
- If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please notify us within 24 hours for assistance
