Returns & Exchange Policy – Belaci

At Belaci, we want you to feel confident in every sparkle you wear. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

📦 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request:

  • A return within 2 days from the date of delivery
  • An exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Free from damage, stains, scratches, or signs of wear

🔔 Note: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

🔁 What Can Be Exchanged?

We allow one-time exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product, size, or design received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Tarnishing or visible quality concerns (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Earrings, nose pins, or hair jewellery
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items bought using gift cards, coupon codes, or during special offers
💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective, and
  • An exchange is not possible

Refunds are:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection
  • Credited to the original payment method

❗ Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

📩 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at support@belaci.com within the return/exchange window
  • Mention your order number and the reason for return/exchange
  • Our team will review your request and share the next steps
🚚 Return Pickup or Self-Shipping
  • We offer reverse pickup in most PIN codes
  • If reverse pickup isn’t available, you may need to self-ship the product
  • Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit
❗ Important Notes
  • All returned items go through a strict quality check before approval
  • Items that do not meet return conditions may be returned back to the customer
  • Belaci reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
