Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery, as per our [Return & Exchange Policy].

How to Cancel

• Email us at care@belaci.com with your Order ID and "Cancel Request" in the subject line.
• Or contact our team via phone at +91 72399 22522 during working hours.

Refund on Cancellation

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5–6 working days to your original payment method after approval.
• COD orders do not require a refund, but please inform us promptly to avoid unnecessary dispatch.

• Custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
• Belaci reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.
